With hundreds of individual spaces to get afloat and have fun on the water, the family focused Gosport Marine Festival provides an excellent opportunity to find out what it’s like to sail a dinghy, paddle on a board or glide along on a kayak.

Based mainly in boatfolk’s Haslar Marina, the festival also offers an array of activities at the Cockle Pond for younger members of the family, as well as an eclectic mix of onshore entertainment at the Millennium Timespace Sundial and on Trinity Church’s green.

All activities are free.
