Beach clean at Stokes Bay
Hello, my name is Jack Middleton and I work for an environmental charity called Surfers Against Sewage. This summer we have partnered with Lewis Pugh on his channel length swim (Lands’ End to Dover – https://www.sas.org.uk/uncategorised/the-long-swim-lewis-pugh-announces-toughest-swim-yet-to-protect-the-ocean/). Alongside Speedo UK we are the plastic pollution partner for The Long Swim and are holding a number of beach cleans at various intervals along the length of his swim.
On Sunday 12th of August from 14:30 we are hosting a beach clean along with Speedo UK at Stokes Bay, Gosport and I wanted to invite you and your members to come down and join us. It will be a fun community beach clean and plastic recycling event with the first 50 people to arrive getting a free SpeedoxSAS T-shirt.
